Preliminary yield results from select UMN field crop variety trials now available
Preliminary yield results from the 2024 variety trials are now available at varietytrials.umn.edu for the following crops: spring wheat, winter wheat, winter rye, winter triticale, barley, and oats. The annual report including all crops and finalized data will be published later this year.
Lone Rock Trail: OPEN
The Lone Rock Trail is open for hiking and horseback riding this fall, but please familiarize yourself with our trail webpage for appropriate trail usage and information about usage seasons and hunting closures.
The trail will be closed to hiking from November 9th through December 15th for firearms deer hunting. Please note that the Vermillion Highlands are NOT open for fall turkey hunting in 2024.

U of MN Releases ‘MN-Rothsay’ Wheat
